Present in 12 countries, we specialize in the investment, design, construction, and management of large-scale projects across sectors such as **Concessions, Real Estate, Energy, and Infrastructure.** We are seeking a **Cybersecurity and Networks Expert for our T&D Technical Office**, who will lead the application of network architecture and cybersecurity criteria aligned with NIS2 and client requirements, ensuring that designs, deliverables, and evidence provided by various suppliers meet the required standards. **️ Key Responsibilities** * Define, maintain, and deploy cybersecurity and networking criteria applicable to substation projects (from tender/design through commissioning, operation, and maintenance). * Orchestrate and coordinate system control, monitoring, and networking suppliers (SCADA/RTU, telecommunications, firewalls, networks, etc.) to enforce NIS2 requirements, evidence, and documentation. * Review and validate OT/IT network architectures and designs: segmentation, zones/DMZs, firewalls, access controls, proposed hardening, logging, and traceability. * Prepare, consolidate, and maintain client documentation: compliance matrices, requirements, evidence, methodology, hardening plans/procedures, and document packages. * Lead technical meetings with clients and suppliers (in Spanish and English), capture agreements, actions, and follow-up until closure. * Support the T&D team in early identification of cybersecurity and network risks to prevent rework and non-conformities during approvals. **Requirements** * ~3 years’ experience in cybersecurity: controls, hardening, evidence, auditing, security requirements, document management, or similar. * Practical knowledge of NIS2: compliance approach, evidence, and documentation applicable to critical infrastructure projects such as electrical substations. * Solid foundation in networking: architecture, segmentation/VLANs, basic routing, firewalls (concepts), DMZ, access control, and best practices. * Ability to lead technical meetings and coordinate suppliers, with sound judgment to request deliverables and validate proposals. * Strong orientation toward documentation and traceability: document quality, organization, tracking, and closure. * General understanding of OT communications: physical layers (fiber/copper/industrial Ethernet), conceptual-level industrial protocols (e.g., IEC 104, IEC 61850, Modbus, SNMP, NTP). * Autonomy, rigor, and delivery focus in project environments (deadlines, changes, multiple stakeholders). * English: technical meetings with clients and suppliers. **What We Offer?** * Participation in large-scale international projects * Demanding and collaborative technical environment * Professional development opportunities * Commitment to sustainability and innovation **Grupo Ortiz** is firmly committed to diversity and equal opportunity and guarantees that no discrimination based on race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation or identity, age, marital status, religious beliefs, or disability will occur in any of its selection processes. ### **Location**
