At Grupo Segura, we are seeking to permanently hire a Tooling Engineer for our stamping plant in Almussafes. What will be your mission? Design, plan, and drive improvement initiatives for dies and tooling, ensuring equipment reliability and continuity of the production process—all aligned with safety, quality, cost, and timeline objectives, and in close collaboration with the Production Department. What will you do on a daily basis? Reporting to the Tooling Department Manager, your main responsibilities will be: * Development and adjustment of complex mechanical components, precision measurements, and die modifications using NX 12 (CAD/CAM). * Verification of parts, assemblies, and die changes. * Technical support to the Tooling Department. * Root cause analysis of stamping rejects and non-conformances, defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Leadership of die-related process improvements: analysis, technical evaluation, execution, and cost estimation. * Proposal of actions to reduce stamping process failures originating from tooling. * Participation in new product launches, attending Tool Design Reviews and contributing die design improvements. * Promotion of initiatives enhancing efficiency, reliability, and profitability of the department and the plant. What profile are we looking for? * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Machining, Mechanics, or related field. * Advanced level of English. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. * Proven experience leading CAD/CAM manufacturing processes using NX 12. * Solid knowledge of tooling, stamping, and machining.
