It seeks to expand its workforce at its work centers located in the northern area of Madrid: SERVICE ADVISORS. Essential Requirements: \- Minimum qualification: Vocational Training Level 1 (FP1) in a field related to automotive studies. \- Minimum 1 year’s experience performing the described duties as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector. \- Experience at dealerships representing our brands will be valued. Main Responsibilities: \- As outlined for this position; including reception, providing information to customers, communication, task coordination, and joint vehicle inspection with the customer to identify needs. \- Service quality control, customer service, and repair process monitoring.
