It is an internship with a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week working onsite at the office with a flexible schedule. The candidate will join the eBenefits department and perform duties within the Flexible Compensation area. **Full-time availability and immediate start are required.** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Drafting and designing employee communications. * Supporting billing and order processing for our Clients’ benefits. * Preparing enrollment reports for the Consulting team. Providing operational support in handling inquiries and cases. * **What you need to have:** * Vocational training (FP2) in Administration or Finance, or equivalent. * Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). * Planning, autonomy, and organizational skills. * Interest in multi-platform development. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. * Customer service skills. * English proficiency at B2 level.
