Responsibilities include coordinating dining room, bar, and kitchen operations; delivering quality service that exceeds customer expectations; promptly and accurately addressing customer needs; organizing and supervising team shifts; and evaluating staff performance to continuously improve productivity. A permanent contract is offered with a monthly salary of €2,300. Working hours are Tuesday to Saturday on split shifts, and Sundays from 12:00 to 17:00. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or shift supervisor. * Familiarity with the APPCC food safety system. * Experience using POS systems. * Product control, inventory management, ordering, and supplier coordination. * Staff development and leadership. * Problem-solving ability, proactivity, and experience managing shifts and high-volume sales teams
