Responsibilities include coordinating dining room, bar, and kitchen operations; delivering high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations; promptly and accurately addressing customer needs; organizing and supervising staff shifts; and evaluating employee performance to continuously improve productivity. A permanent contract is offered with a monthly salary of €2,300. Working hours are Tuesday to Saturday on split shifts, and Sundays from 12:00 to 17:00. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or shift supervisor. * Knowledge of the APPCC system. * Experience using POS systems. * Product control, inventory management, ordering, and supplier coordination. * People development and leadership. * A solution-oriented, proactive individual with experience managing shifts and high-sales-volume teams
