What drives and inspires us at Telpark is talent. ### **Job Mission** Lead the identification, origination, and development of growth opportunities for Telpark, with particular emphasis on asset acquisition (parking facilities) and inorganic expansion, directly contributing to portfolio growth and long-term value creation. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Identify and originate parking facility acquisition opportunities (off-market and competitive processes). * Develop and manage an active investment opportunity pipeline. * Establish and maintain relationships with owners, operators, funds, advisors, and other key sector stakeholders. * Analyze the market and identify trends, geographic opportunities, and strategic assets. * Lead initial opportunity analysis phases (screening, preliminary business case, strategic fit). * Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations) during opportunity evaluation. * Actively participate in transaction structuring and preliminary negotiations with potential sellers. * Collaborate in defining the company’s expansion and growth strategy. * Monitor the pipeline and provide periodic reporting to senior management. ### **Required Profile** * Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in M&A, investments, corporate development, or real estate/infrastructure. * Proven experience in opportunity origination and transaction execution (preferably in real assets). * Knowledge of the parking, infrastructure, or real estate sector (highly desirable). * Strong analytical capability and strategic vision. * Clearly business-oriented profile, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Autonomy, proactivity, and a growth mindset. * Basic understanding of information security.
