Requirements \- Education: Engineer (Electronics or Telecommunications) or Higher Vocational Training (FP2 / Advanced Vocational Training Cycle), provided substantial sector-specific and role-specific experience is demonstrated. * Experience managing electrical installations (CCTV, access control, etc.). * Experience managing resources—human, financial, and material. * Experience managing subcontractors. * Strong interpersonal skills with clients and staff. * Willingness to travel to the northern region. * Flexible working hours and high professional commitment. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Languages: Spanish is mandatory; English is desirable.
