The primary objective of this role is to ensure predictable commercial performance, drive managerial development, and professionalize account management practices. **Key Responsibilities** * **Team Leadership and Management** + Develop Business Managers into autonomous leaders. Initially, you will manage one Business Manager, with potential for team expansion. + Ensure achievement of growth targets. + Conduct weekly coaching sessions and track commercial actions. + Foster a high-performance culture based on collaboration and accountability. * **Account Management** + Lead strategic governance of key accounts. + Maintain relationships with stakeholders and procurement directors. + Develop account plans and conduct quarterly reviews. + Identify and develop proprietary commercial opportunities. * **Prospecting and Development** + Manage development plans in sectors defined according to the candidate’s experience. + Sell innovative solutions, including AI-based offerings. **Requirements** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of sales experience. * Fluent English proficiency. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Strong leadership skills. **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Morning intensive working hours (7:00–15:00). * International work environment and opportunities for professional growth. * Private health insurance. * Location: Seville, Madrid, or Barcelona.
