Job Summary: We are seeking an auxiliary services laborer to perform various maintenance, cleaning, and demolition tasks, including forklift operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Forklift operation 2. Demolition of walls and partitions, site cleaning, and machinery cleaning Personnel are needed to carry out auxiliary services laborer duties in Madrid. Duties include forklift operation; cleaning during maintenance operations of residential buildings, vacant lots, and garages; demolition of walls and partitions; and site and machinery cleaning. Additional tasks include cutting grooves for installations, loading and unloading materials, and removal of construction debris. Prior experience as a construction laborer or bricklayer will be valued. A valid jobseeker registration is required. Minimum work experience required is 3 years. If relevant training courses (e.g., PRL) have been completed, corresponding certificates must be submitted. This is a temporary contract to fill a vacancy. Working hours are from 8:00 to 15:30. The gross monthly salary is 1416.09€, paid in 14 installments. Work will be carried out in Madrid.
