Responsibilities End-to-end ownership of the HR\/People Transformation technology portfolio and alignment with corporate objectives Steering of strategic transformation programs, particularly the SuccessFactors rollout, SAP HCM harmonization, and future service and data platforms Ensuring consistent implementation of the People Technology Roadmap and target architecture across all projects Managing dependencies, risks, and priorities across regions, platforms, and programs Close collaboration with regional teams to harmonize support, operations, and rollout models while considering local requirements Linking technology initiatives to business value, process standardization, and changes in the operating model Establishing governance structures, standards, and sustainable operational models, as well as monitoring progress and realization of benefits Qualifications Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field More than 8 years’ experience in large-scale HR\/People technology transformations, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM Solid expertise in technology portfolio management, enterprise architecture, and platform integration Proven experience leading complex, international transformation programs Experience with global rollouts and coordination of regional implementation models Strong understanding of HR processes, HR systems, and service delivery models Excellent stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, execution strength, and problem-solving capabilities Additional Information As Lead People Transformation Technology, you are responsible for the entire technology transformation within HR. You ensure optimal alignment between the transformation portfolio, target architecture, and implementation of strategic initiatives. In this role, you lead a team that drives and executes the transformation agenda. The position encompasses end-to-end steering of platform, data, and service solutions, bridging operational project execution with long-term strategic direction. The goal is for initiatives such as the SuccessFactors rollout, SAP HCM harmonization, and future service and data platforms to deliver scalable, integrated, and business-relevant outcomes. Simultaneously, you foster capability development within your team and create a high-performing, collaborative work environment. This role can be based in Europe or Asia.
