PLENERGY is an international company dedicated to the expansion and operation of automated fuel stations. Its primary objective is to provide customers with an economical, easy, and safe refueling experience. We are currently seeking a **QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICIAN**, whose mission is to ensure that Plenergy complies with all applicable regulations for open fuel stations by supervising the work performed by contracted suppliers.
**The selected candidate will perform the following duties:**
* **Supervision of actions carried out by contracted suppliers to ensure Plenergy complies with existing regulations derived from IP04 and environmental regulations applicable to fuel stations.**
\- Coordination with suppliers regarding Legionella sample collection, waste collection, and safety advisors
\- Advisory support to all company departments on industrial and environmental matters
\- Coordination with environmental regulation suppliers (e.g., soil analysis, piezometers, inspection chambers, and any other environmental requirements)
\- Coordination with suppliers regarding actions required under IP04 regulations.
\- Selection and negotiation with suppliers to identify improvements over current arrangements
\- Collection of all documentation arising from the above points and demanding from suppliers the necessary documents and visits to comply with regulatory requirements
* Support to various company departments in their documentary needs for responding to requirements stemming from the aforementioned regulations
\- Management and contracting of contaminated soil analyses for acquisitions 9\. Coordination and support to the maintenance department to ensure correction of deficiencies identified during regulatory inspections
* **Supervision of electricity consumption data obtained from various power supplies**
\- Knowledge of the status and operation of existing photovoltaic panels at fuel stations
\- Coordination with suppliers selected by the procurement department for applying for existing energy-related subsidies
\- Knowledge of electricity consumption data and averages at fuel stations, based on variables such as number of fuel dispensers, presence of car wash facilities, etc., and awareness of self-consumption or surplus generation at each site.
\- Knowledge of the status and operation of existing electric vehicle charging points at fuel stations
* **Responsible for obtaining and maintaining ISO 14001, 9001 and 45001 certifications.**
\- Coordination across all departments to guarantee implementation of preventive and corrective actions arising from the ISO standards
\- Coordination of follow-up meetings with ISO auditors and consultants, and defense of implemented actions before certification bodies 3\. Supervision and collaboration in preparing missing documentation across any department necessary for achieving ISO certification
\- Control of non-conformities and complaints.
\- Preparation of statistics and progress reports on the quality management system.
\- Risk analysis related to the ISO standards
* Joint visits with certifiers to fuel stations selected by them for conducting audits
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
* Minimum 2 years’ experience performing the described functions.
* Higher Vocational Training qualification
* Experience in Quality departments within industrial companies
* Technical knowledge related to fuel stations, familiarity with environmental and industrial regulations applicable to fuel stations, and knowledge of ISO standards.
