#### **What are we looking for?**
A junior candidate highly motivated to **learn, grow, and propose ideas.**
Someone who has already demonstrated interest in **digital communications and social media**, with creative capacity, an **excellent aesthetic eye and sensitivity to both language and visual communication.**
We especially value candidates with strong visual judgment, brand sensitivity, and the ability to transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, and creatively and narratively coherent pieces across multiple formats.
This role is part of the Communications Department, and you will work daily alongside the Communications team, who will support you during your first months to help you grow with sound judgment and autonomy.
Artistic sensitivity, solid visual references, and attention to detail in video, copywriting, and design will be especially valued.
We do not seek someone waiting to be told what to do—but someone who wants to deeply understand our brand, fall in love with it, and help us tell its story better.
#### **What will you do?**
* Create content for our social media channels, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
* Support the writing and publishing of articles, interviews, and branded content.
* Design visual assets using tools such as Figma, Premiere, After Effects, or similar.
* Participate in planning and executing the editorial calendar.
* Propose new ideas and formats aligned with our tone and objectives—based on our services, expertise, and general knowledge—to lead conversations on social media and become thought leaders on strategic topics (AI, Performance, Strategic Design, GEO, etc.).
* Support the team at external events or internal initiatives to plan, execute, and/or distribute content.
* Showcase knowledge and projects from other company teams.
**What do we expect from you?**
* You enjoy writing, storytelling, and translating ideas into clear and engaging content.
* You love social media—especially LinkedIn—and corporate communications with a distinctive tone.
* You possess aesthetic taste, visual judgment, and/or interest in design and visual communication.
* You can magically transform a video featuring statements into B2B content tailored to destination channels.
* You are highly proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn quickly.
* You interact well with others and are curious about their work.
* You value purpose-driven work at a company committed to positive impact.
#### **Education and Experience**
* Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Design, or related field.
* Minimum experience through personal projects, internships, or roles related to digital content.
* Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Photoshop or similar) and video editing (Premiere, After Effects).
* Valuable: knowledge of CRM, paid media campaigns, newsletters, web.
* Valuable: a creative portfolio featuring design, branding, art direction, visual content, or brand identity projects (academic or personal), or audiovisual projects.
* Excellent Spanish writing and text editing skills.
* Advanced English level (C1 written/spoken)
* Technological aptitude.
