From this position, you will contribute to guaranteeing product availability—in terms of timing, quantity, and quality—by aligning market needs, production plans, and directives from the Business Unit Management, all under the highest standards of **Safety, Environment, and Regulatory Compliance**. **Your objective within the company will be:** ------------------------------------------- To monitor and coordinate **short- and medium-term supply and procurement programs**, ensuring proper supply to logistics systems and complex industrial facilities, maintaining inventory and working capital levels defined by Management, and guaranteeing smooth operational performance. **Main Responsibilities:** ======================= * Monitor **delivery plans for finished products** to the various logistics systems where R Fuels and Petronor operate. * Ensure compliance with **target stock levels** across logistics systems, monitoring: + Commercial area sales volumes. + Production output from industrial complexes. * Prepare **end-of-month inventory estimates** to support completion of the *Rolling Plan* process at OCV. * Conduct **daily inventory monitoring** at Industrial Complexes to ensure supply to logistics systems. * Develop and monitor the **logistics systems’ procurement plan for the Canary Islands**, establishing agreements with third-party suppliers. * Fully manage **product and raw material exchange programs** between Industrial Complexes, coordinating: Logistics arrangements (vessel chartering via R Trading) and negotiations with chartering traders. * Coordinate **product deliveries to Key Customers**. * Plan shipments to **external warehouses** for bio-products (HVO, renewable gasoline), ensuring product quality, quantity, and integrity. * Control **invoicing arising from procurement operations in the Canary Islands**. * Control **invoicing for buy-sell transactions** conducted within Exolum among group companies. * Supervise **loading, unloading, and storage** of finished products and raw materials. * Fully manage the **procurement plan for Repsol-branded additives** across contracted logistics systems. * Manage land-based **bio-component procurement** to industrial complexes or logistics systems (e.g., ethanol). * Manage **UCO procurement for BISA**, developing weekly shipment programs from suppliers to the LIPSA terminal (Huelva). **What We Offer:** ================== * Participation in a key position within the supply chain. * High visibility and impact on daily operations and strategic planning. * A complex, dynamic industrial environment focused on operational excellence. * Professional development within a specialized, multidisciplinary team. **You’ll Be a Great Fit If:** ============================== * You hold a technical degree in **engineering** or a related field. * You possess strong **analytical skills** and a results-oriented mindset. * You are **proactive**, service-minded, and capable of anticipating needs. * You have experience in **conflict management** and coordination with multiple stakeholders. * You are proficient in **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel, at an advanced level. * You adapt easily to using **various IT tools**. * You value the use of **SAP and Power BI**. * You are motivated to work in demanding operational environments, with a focus on safety, supply reliability, and efficiency. \#LI\-CC1
