Professional growth within a clean energy multinational. **Do you want to drive the energy transition from within?** As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are looking to incorporate a **Warranty Engineer** into our team. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**: * Technical warranty management and monitoring. Supervise and administer warranty processes for equipment, photovoltaic systems, and energy storage systems, ensuring compliance with contractual terms. * Analysis and interpretation of technical incidents. Investigate, analyze, and evaluate failures or incidents reported in photovoltaic systems and BESS, identifying root causes and potential solutions. * Coordination and interaction with suppliers and manufacturers to manage technical inspections and process warranty claims. * Documentation and reporting of incidents. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all incidents, claims, and actions taken, with thorough tracking of each case. * Interdisciplinary collaboration. Work jointly with engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to warranties. * Optimization of warranty processes. Propose improvements to procedures and protocols for warranty management, aiming to reduce response times and associated costs. * Technical training. Provide technical support and training to internal staff on warranty interpretation, claim procedures, and incident handling. * Risk assessment and regulatory compliance. Assess technical risks associated with warranty-covered failures and ensure that actions comply with applicable local and international regulations in the energy sector. **Requirements**: * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Training in renewable energy or energy storage is a plus. * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in technical warranty management, preferably in the energy, photovoltaic, BESS, or industrial engineering sectors. Experience in technical failure analysis and warranty claim management. * Advanced level of English (both written and spoken). * Knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement systems (e.g., ISO 9001\). Proficiency in specialized software for incident and warranty management. Willingness to travel to facilities and suppliers if required. We are a Spanish multinational clean energy producer.
