What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Basic technical support for users (Level 1) * Resolution of common hardware and software incidents. * Basic installation and configuration of equipment. * Support in Windows environments and office productivity tools. * Incident logging, tracking, and escalation when necessary. What are we looking for in you? * Basic education in computer science, systems, or related fields. * General knowledge of hardware, software, and networks. * Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and user-oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills. * Availability to work on-site in Madrid. * Prior experience in technical support (desirable).
