




Job Summary: ARQUIMEA is seeking a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to design, validate, and integrate power electronic systems in high-reliability environments, collaborating with systems engineering. We are looking for a **Senior Power Electronics Engineer** with experience in designing, validating, and integrating power electronic systems in high-reliability environments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and develop DC-DC converters, power distribution units (PDU), and battery management systems (BMS). * Carry out schematic design, component selection, circuit simulation, and PCB layout reviews for high-reliability power systems. * Conduct worst-case, thermal, and radiation analyses to ensure compliance with qualification standards and requirements. * Support hardware testing, validation, and environmental qualification. * Collaborate with systems engineering on defining power budgets, interface requirements, and redundancy strategies. * Generate and maintain technical documentation, test procedures, and design reports throughout the development lifecycle. * Provide technical support during integration phases and launch/integration campaigns. **Required Education, Specific Knowledge, and Experience:** * Degree in **Engineering (Electrical, Electronics or related fields)**. * **+10 years of experience** in power electronics design, preferably in high-reliability environments. * Strong knowledge of DC-DC topologies, power conditioning, and control loop design. * Experience with simulation tools and CAD tools for PCB design. * Advanced level of technical English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus. **Desirable Skills:** * Experience with FPGA-controlled power systems or digital power regulation. * Knowledge of battery systems, solar panel regulation, or EPS architectures. * Practical experience in laboratory testing, hardware debugging, and validation.
