Do you want to develop your potential and grow professionally with us? **Job Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Supervise hardware development, verification, and production processes. * Review deliverables and technical documentation. * Coordinate system testing and validation. * Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and complaints. * Monitor quality indicators. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Control quality requirements for suppliers and subcontractors. * Drive continuous process and standard improvement. * Coordinate among Project, Hardware, Production, and Quality teams. **Job Requirements:** -------------------------- * Technical education (Engineering or Technical Vocational Training). * Experience in quality, testing, or validation environments. * Knowledge of the development lifecycle (software and/or hardware). * Experience in quality processes, methodologies, and management. * Advanced English proficiency (international environment). * Willingness to travel occasionally. * Prior experience in industrial, defense, or aerospace projects is desirable. * Familiarity with quality standards is desirable. * Experience in hardware production or testing is desirable. **Additional Information:** -------------------------- ### **Education** Vocational training ### **Contract Type** Permanent contract ### **Minimum Experience** 3 years ### **Working Hours** Full-time At Alcorce, we champion talent without labels.
