This position aims to ensure the efficient, safe, and coordinated execution of El Corte Inglés’ Real Estate division’s external construction projects. You will join a specialized team responsible for adapting, renovating, and fitting out spaces in hotels, senior residences, and corporate facilities—ensuring that each intervention meets established quality standards, deadlines, regulations, and operational requirements.
The role reports directly to the Madrid office, which coordinates all planning and site supervision activities. Your contribution will be key to driving project progress, optimizing resources, ensuring excellent customer treatment, and guaranteeing that each intervention supports the overall business development.**Main Responsibilities and Requirements.**
**Responsibilities**
* Organize and supervise operational teams and subcontractors, assigning daily tasks.
* Verify that works are carried out in accordance with drawings, measurements, and defined technical specifications.
* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on-site.
* Monitor the use, storage, and receipt of materials and machinery, optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
* Report project progress, identified issues, and improvement proposals to the project manager.
* Make agile operational decisions in response to unforeseen events or project needs.
* Apply planning, prioritization, and organizational criteria to ensure timely and proper project advancement.
* Coordinate communication among all involved parties, ensuring coherence and continuity throughout execution.
* Represent the company before clients and suppliers, maintaining professional and excellent conduct in every interaction.
**Requirements**
* 3–5 years of prior experience in construction, renovation, or civil engineering.
* Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
* Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of risk assessment and occupational health and safety regulations.
* Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, results orientation, and excellent customer service orientation.
* Valid Spanish Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory.
* Willingness to travel across Spain as required by project needs.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Construction or equivalent.
* Basic Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) certification.
