Possibility of permanent incorporation after the internship. At Dia, we are seeking an **Intern – Logistics Process Improvement Engineer** for the **Logistics Department**. During this internship, students will learn and support the optimization of warehouse operations through the implementation of new projects and improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in identifying opportunities for improving operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce logistics costs. * Collaborate in designing and implementing innovative solutions to simplify and standardize daily tasks within the department. * Assist in preparing budgets and monitor expenses associated with new logistics projects. * Contribute to developing performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze operational progress and the effectiveness of implemented measures. * Support the creation of control tools and participate in internal audits to ensure the warehouse complies with established standards. * Assist in developing support materials and participate in training operational staff on new procedures and work tools. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * A Master’s degree in Organization Engineering, Logistics, or related field is desirable. * Intermediate level of English. * Advanced knowledge of Excel. * Full-time availability. **What Can We Offer You?** * Study allowance: €700 gross/month * Hybrid work arrangement. * **Possibility of permanent incorporation after the internship.** * Learning opportunity within our Purchasing Department, which has been working since 2010 on renewing our private-label products. * Join one of the top companies for professional development, according to the Merco University Talent Ranking.
