Position Summary:
Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of commercial procedures in tenders, defining public tenders and ensuring achievement of objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination and planning of tender proposal preparation.
2. Thorough analysis of tender documents and preparation of detailed summaries.
3. Responsibility for standardizing the technical content of proposals.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**
Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of commercial procedures in tenders, participating in the definition of public tenders. Monitor tenders to promote actions enabling value creation in public tender management in line with commercial policy.
The specific responsibilities of this position are:
* Monitoring and control of tender publications and associated administrative procedures.
* Coordination and planning of tender proposal preparation.
* Thorough analysis of tender specifications and preparation of detailed summaries thereof.
* Planning of deadlines and follow-up meetings to meet objectives and timelines for tender proposal preparation.
* Preparation of tender content.
* Supervision and correction of tender content.
* Coordination of administrative documentation with the Legal Department.
* Responsibility for archiving administrative files of active contracts.
* Responsibility for standardizing the technical content of proposals.
* All of the above while ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations and work procedures relevant to this position.

You will be a suitable candidate for this position if you meet the following requirements:
* Minimum education: University degree (economics, business administration or equivalent).
* Experience: Tender management or tender proposal preparation (1–3 years).
* Desirable: Experience and contact with public administration, business analyst background.
* Languages: Minimum intermediate English (B2).
Preference for location at our Madrid headquarters; however, applications from other locations will also be considered.
