FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT 1PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance of machines, assigning each technician the corresponding machines according to the established schedule. Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out promptly and efficiently to minimize breakdown risk and maximize machine service life. 2PREPARATION OF REPAIR BUDGETS Assess damage to machines caused by customer misuse or other reasons, and determine required repair services. Prepare detailed repair budgets, considering labor costs, spare parts, and other associated expenses with assistance from workshop staff performing the repairs. 3INCIDENT MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE Serve as the primary point of contact for customers when incidents or equipment issues occur. Answer customer calls, record reported incidents, and coordinate necessary actions to resolve them quickly and effectively. 4DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT Maintain and update detailed records of all work orders generated in the workshop through the SAP operating system. Organize and archive documentation related to work orders, including maintenance reports and repair records via SAP. 5TEAM MANAGEMENT Monitor availability and assignment of work teams, ensuring proper distribution to meet customer needs and scheduled tasks. Identify areas for improvement in individual and collective team performance, providing constructive feedback and offering opportunities for training and professional development.
