Job Summary: Tragsa is seeking an Engineer to support rural development and nature conservation along natural trails in Madrid. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and monitoring of territorial interventions **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Engineer to provide support for natural trails in the Community of Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Review and diagnosis of the condition of trails under the Spanish Natural Trails Program. * Preparation of evaluated reports for implementing interventions and reports within the scope of the Spanish Natural Trails Program regarding trail conditions, progress of scheduled works, for submission to the administration or other bodies. * Support coordination of works and monitoring of intervention implementation across the territory. * Transmission of work execution orders for priority tasks and necessary improvement studies by the DS (Service Director). * Supervision of data collection for inventorying trail elements subject to maintenance and inspections of their condition. * Standardize and transmit the maintenance work schedule according to identified needs. * Identification of information required to justify the execution of scheduled works, including data on resources employed, measurements carried out, and quality levels achieved. * Collection, review, archiving, and processing of justificatory information for the identified works. * Occasional travel to intervention zones to conduct on-site monitoring, analysis of incidents, and proposals for improvements and/or alternatives to resolve them. * Attendance at meetings supporting coordination and monitoring. * Proposal of interventions enhancing the identity of the Natural Trails Program. * Preparation of technical and administrative documentation related to the scope of intervention. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through assessment tests and/or by attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting information declared in the application, as well as to request additional information from the CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Technical Engineering degree in Public Works / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering \+ Official Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports) or Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports); or Technical Forestry Engineering degree / Bachelor’s degree in Forestry Engineering / Bachelor’s degree in Forestry Engineering and Natural Environment \+ Official Master’s degree in Forestry Engineering or Forestry Engineering; or Technical Agricultural Engineering degree / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering qualifying for the profession of Technical Agricultural Engineer \+ Official Master’s degree in Agronomic Engineering or Agronomy (MECES 3\) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license, currently in force * Availability to travel up to 25% of the time **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Previous Experience** * From 3 months to 4 years of experience preparing reports related to construction project monitoring (professional and/or academic experience) * From 3 months to 4 years of experience using GIS tools (professional and/or academic experience) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Presto (to be verified during technical assessment) * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel (to be verified during technical assessment) **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 12 months, if applicable. + Full-time working hours The application period will remain open from today, 07/05/2026, until 18/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
