We strongly support both professional and personal development. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek to incorporate into our team a **Documentation Control Technician** with experience in digitizing technical documentation. Your mission will be to ensure proper management, control, and traceability of technical documentation for railway sector projects, guaranteeing compliance with customer requirements and optimizing document processes through digital tools (EDMS), within an international environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze customer and project requirements to design and implement efficient document management processes. * Implement, configure, and administer EDMS systems (ACC, SharePoint, Alfresco), including metadata, permissions, document structures, and master lists. * Manage the full lifecycle of technical documentation (drawings, reports, deliverables), ensuring control, coding, and versioning. * Coordinate and control project-related document communications (transmittals, RFIs, and official correspondence) with customers and suppliers—in English. * Define, optimize, and automate document review workflows to ensure traceability and process efficiency. * Monitor document status using KPIs, reports, and dashboards (Power BI), identifying deviations and bottlenecks. * Coordinate internal and external teams involved in document management, acting as the primary point of contact with the customer (within the international railway environment). **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information and Documentation. A Master’s degree in Document Management is desirable. * Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; database handling skills. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Document Controller, including configuration and implementation of document management tools in international projects. * Advanced English: B2\-C1\. * Immediate availability. **Want to Learn More?** We belong to a company that has been a leader in quality and engineering for over 20 years.
