




We are seeking a technician with professional training in administration to provide support in the area of Security and Resilience. Main responsibilities will include document management, coordination of various services, and tracking of assigned budgets. Job duties include receiving and validating supplier invoices, verifying service quality according to established contracts, and collaborating with the Economic Control department to expedite payment processes. The role will also involve supporting the management of active services, terminations, and modifications. Previous experience in administrative support tasks is required, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. The working day will be 7 hours and 30 minutes, during morning hours.
