#### **Your Mission** What will your mission be? Your mission will be **to ensure the integrity and efficient flow of the organization's financial and accounting operations**, providing essential support in transactional recording, document management, and continuous improvement of internal processes, in order to contribute to the accuracy of financial closings and overall financial control. **What will you do at Baïa?** * Daily accounting entries in NetSuite: customer invoices, supplier invoices, bank transactions, and payroll. * You will assist in structuring and maintaining customer accounting accounts in NetSuite. * You will perform bank reconciliations and track accounts payable/receivable. * You will collaborate with the senior team to ensure smooth and efficient financial processes. * You will identify opportunities for improvement in bookkeeping processes and automation within NetSuite. * You will manage documentation (invoices, taxes, supporting documents). * You will support all financial closing processes and audits. #### **Your Profile** **And what are we looking for in you? We seek someone who has:** * A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar; postgraduate education in Finance or Accounting will be positively valued. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, knowledge of process automation within ERP systems.
