Responsibilities include delivering high-quality service to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience, managing incoming goods and restocking items, operating the cash register, and performing general store cleaning. Customer loyalty is cultivated through positive interactions, and visual merchandising standards are applied when arranging products. Teamwork ability, communication with colleagues and supervisors, and a proactive attitude with willingness to learn daily procedures are required. Prior experience is not necessary, as training is provided on the job. Working hours involve rotating morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends; therefore, flexibility is valued. This is a part-time contract of 20 hours per week. Standing for the duration of the shift and handling light loads are required. A disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% is required. Ability to stand throughout the workday. Capacity to lift loads of 5–10 kg. Immediate availability to start. Flexibility to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Sunday.
