Are you passionate about tourism and eager to join Sercotel Hotel Group? Join our team as Night Reception Assistant at our Sercotel Togumar in Madrid. Your main responsibilities will include: \- Welcoming and receiving guests, attending to their needs throughout their stay at the hotel, and providing information on all hotel services. \- Supporting coordination across all departments to ensure high-quality service and guest experience that fosters customer loyalty and enhances brand reputation. \- Monitoring hotel check-ins and check-outs. \- Managing new reservations. \- Staying informed about hotel activities, updates, etc., and those occurring in the surrounding area, to guarantee effective internal communication and guest information management. \- Responding to emails received during your shift. \- Performing cash reconciliation. \- Handling telephone inquiries. ### **Requirements** \- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field. \- 2–3 years’ experience in the described position. \- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset. \- Familiarity with hotel management software, preferably Tesipro. \- Knowledge of major tourist attractions in the city. \- Strong customer orientation and dedication to the role. \- Proactive individual with teamwork capabilities. ### **We Offer** \- Full-time (40 hours) interim contract. \- Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. \- Salary according to collective agreement. \- Positive work environment and integration into a large, dynamic and professional team. \- Opportunity to apply flexible remuneration and enjoy Sercotel Club Benefits. \- Family & friends discounts at Sercotel hotels.
