At Dia, we want to hire a dynamic individual for our Central Headquarters who will assume a key role in reception, customer service, and communication management for our central offices.
**What challenges await you?**
* Receive and guide all in-person visitors, notifying their arrival to the corresponding department.
* Manage the telephone switchboard, screening and routing calls to their respective departments.
* Control access to the headquarters securely, handling the issuance of visitor badges and ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
* Address and resolve inquiries from employees, visitors, and suppliers, providing friendly and efficient service.
* Ensure the proper functioning of the reception area and access zones, guaranteeing a professional welcome experience.
* Support the preparation of badges and credentials for visitors, events, or new hires.
* Manage the use of electric vehicle charging points in the parking lot, addressing potential incidents and coordinating correct usage.
**What are we looking for in you?**
* Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), Baccalaureate, Vocational Training in Administration, or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate reception roles, preferably in central headquarters or multinational environments.
* Intermediate level of English.
* Basic knowledge of spreadsheet software.
