DESCRIPTION We are seeking to fill a Nurse vacancy at our Ibermutua Central Services Center (Madrid). WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide nursing care to workers requiring attention, according to their needs. * Collaborate with medical staff and other departments in situations necessary for the physical\-psychosocial\-social well-being of patients. * Support enhancement of the Mutual’s corporate image during the performance of your duties. * Assist in implementing, maintaining, and improving the Patient Safety System. * Ensure proper functioning of center equipment, safeguard its integrity, and use technical and material resources efficiently. * Develop standardized care plans based on established protocols. * Prepare reports related to your professional activity, including evaluation of health objective achievement. * Conduct non-face-to-face follow-up of ITCC (Temporary Incapacity for Work) processes for patients who do not require immediate intervention by an attending physician, in accordance with criteria and guidelines set forth by Management. * Participate in training students on practical placements. * Obtain medical reports either directly from patients or by requesting them from the Medical Inspection Department, and complete and review clinical records. * Actively engage in the organization’s regulatory compliance systems. WORK SCHEDULE AND HOURS: Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday, morning shift from 8:00 to 15:15.
