You will be responsible for key processes such as labor administration, recruitment, training, and talent development. If you are organized, proactive, and eager to grow professionally, this is your opportunity! **Location:** Miguel Yuste, San Blas \- Canillejas (Madrid) **Working Hours:** Full-time (40 h/week) * Monday to Friday: 09:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00 * **Salary:** €23,000 gross/year \+ €2,000 variable **Main Responsibilities:** * Labor administration: contracts, employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing * Recruitment and selection: job posting, interviews, onboarding * Training and development: managing the annual training plan and coordinating with FUNDAE * Support in labor relations and occupational health and safety (PRL) * Participation in digitalization and process improvement projects REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related field * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles * Knowledge of labor legislation and HR management tools (A3, Meta4, Siltr@, etc.) * Advanced Excel skills * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle * English proficiency is a plus **We Offer:** * Stable full-time contract * Continuous training and development opportunities * Dynamic and collaborative work environment
