Job Summary: We are seeking a key HRBP to implement the People Management strategy and policies in LatAm, advising local teams and managing talent. Key Highlights: 1. Talent management and professional development From the LatAm Support Directorate, we need to onboard an HRBP who will report to the Head of HRBP for LatAm. The selected candidate will be a key member in implementing the People Management strategy, plans, and policies — both within the LatAm Support team based in Madrid and by supporting the rollout of the strategy in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, and Peru together with the respective specialist areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Advise and support local HR teams in executing various HR policies and processes. * In collaboration with the International Mobility team, manage expatriation processes, including identifying needs, selection procedures, assignment support, and succession planning. * Participate in talent pool management: full STAR process, talent review, as well as implementation of training and development plans. * Manage compensation offers for the LatAm Support team and expatriates. * Implement Workday functionalities across countries: process improvement and change management. * Deploy the annual engagement survey and analyze area-level data to support the definition of People Plans. * Implement HR KPIs and develop a tracking dashboard. * Propose improvement areas and initiatives in each country. * Share best practices across countries. * Support the management of the LatAm Support Team. **Candidate Profile** * University degree in Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR roles, defining and implementing projects. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. * Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience communicating with multiple stakeholders. * Workday experience is highly desirable. * Strategic mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Our DNA**: Passion, Commitment, Innovation, Teamwork, Trust, and Responsibility.
