If you are proactive, organized, and enjoy providing customer service, we look forward to welcoming you! **What We Offer:** * One-year contract. * Official training provided by the company. **Responsibilities:** * Receive/register guests upon arrival and manage the check\-in and check\-out processes. * Answer phone calls and emails, providing information regarding reservations, services, and other inquiries. * Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service. * Handle payments and financial transactions. **MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS** (mandatory for contract signing) * Unemployed status * Beneficiary of the Youth Guarantee System REQUIREMENTS * **Previous experience in similar positions** (preferably in the hotel industry). * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with the public. * **Language proficiency**, especially English (additional languages are an asset). * Positive attitude, responsibility, and proactivity.
