Your responsibilities will include managing telephone calls—filtering and routing them to the appropriate department—as well as receiving and assisting visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and resolving their inquiries. You will also be responsible for physical mail, managing both incoming and outgoing shipments of all types. Additionally, you will perform general administrative tasks such as document filing, scanning, and drafting simple texts. Calendar management and office supply inventory control will complete your duties. A minimum of 3 years’ prior experience in similar administrative roles is required, along with the ability to operate effectively in a day-to-day office environment. Experience in customer service, a professional appearance, and a friendly demeanor are essential. English proficiency at B2 level is required for communication with international stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory. Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative functions. Proven experience in customer service, with excellent presence and interpersonal skills.
