Your responsibilities will include: * Developing, reviewing, and updating internal procedures, ensuring alignment with key standards such as **IATF 16949** (MANDATORY) and **ISO 14001**. * Actively collaborating in the management, implementation, and maintenance of our Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS). * Conducting and closely monitoring **internal audits** and second-party audits of QMS and EMS, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance. * Providing essential support during **external customer audits**, guaranteeing a smooth and successful audit experience. * Monitoring and tracking environmental indicators, actively contributing to our sustainability and corporate responsibility goals. **What We Are Looking For:** * University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field, or equivalent experience. * **Minimum 2 years of proven experience** in similar roles, preferably within the automotive sector. * In-depth knowledge and practical experience in **quality management systems**. * Specific and demonstrable experience with the **IATF 16949** standard.
