At Grupo Nexo, a leading company in the automotive sector, we are looking for a **Systems Quality Technician** to join our team in Pontevedra. If you have experience in quality and environmental management systems and seek a dynamic environment where you can apply your expertise, this is your opportunity! **About the Role:** As a Systems Quality Technician, you will be a key contributor to the maintenance and continuous improvement of our quality and environmental management standards. Your responsibilities will include: * Developing, reviewing, and updating internal procedures, ensuring alignment with key standards such as **IATF 16949** (MANDATORY) and **ISO 14001**. * Actively collaborating in the management, implementation, and maintenance of our Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS). * Conducting and closely monitoring **internal audits** and second-party audits of QMS and EMS, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance. * Providing essential support during **external customer audits**, guaranteeing a smooth and successful audit experience. * Monitoring and tracking environmental indicators, actively contributing to our sustainability and corporate responsibility goals. **What We Are Looking For:** * University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field, or equivalent experience. * **Minimum 2 years of proven experience** in similar roles, preferably within the automotive sector. * In-depth knowledge and practical experience in **quality management systems**. * Specific and demonstrable experience with the **IATF 16949** standard. REQUIREMENTS * Technical or **Engineering** education (not mandatory but positively valued). * Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in similar positions. * **Mandatory** solid experience with **ISO 9001** and familiarity with automotive sector regulations such as IATF 16949\. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English, both written and spoken. * Proactivity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. * Interest in and knowledge of the automotive sector.
