Active participation in continuous improvement of production processes **Job Description** The selected candidate will join a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, supporting the Engineering team in activities related to the installation of new production lines and continuous improvement projects, with the objective of optimizing processes and supporting the development of the facility. **Key Responsibilities:** + Support activities related to the installation and commissioning of new production lines; + Support in managing revamping interventions on existing facilities; + Collaboration with various departments (Engineering, Quality, Operations) to ensure proper execution of activities; + Support in managing operational issues during project and commissioning phases; + Participation in continuous improvement activities for production processes; + Support for facility validation and qualification activities (FAT, SAT) and commissioning; + Contribution to data analysis activities and identification of improvement opportunities **Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Electronics or related fields); * Interest in production processes and continuous improvement; * Basic knowledge of Lean methodologies (5S, 5 Whys, Ishikawa); * Good command of English; * Proficiency with digital tools (Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is preferred); * Analytical mindset, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Internships or short-term experience in industrial or pharmaceutical settings; * Basic knowledge of problem-solving and analysis tools (e.g., Root Cause Analysis); * Interest in quality-related topics and processes (e.g., CAPA, Change Control). **About Us** We are a dynamic organization with great customers and a culture where people are valued and empowered to deliver amazing results.
