Job Summary: We are seeking a construction site supervisor to oversee and organize on-site work, coordinating human and material resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and organization of on-site construction work. 2. Liaison between the site manager and production teams. 3. Coordination of resources to meet deadlines, quality, and safety requirements. We are looking for a construction site supervisor to supervise and organize on-site execution work. The candidate will act as a liaison between the site manager and production teams, coordinating human and material resources to meet deadlines, quality, and safety requirements. A disability certificate indicating a disability level of at least 33% is mandatory. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, Monday through Friday, eight hours per day, with flexible start times between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. Annual gross salary of 38\.000 euros. Professional training in construction or civil engineering, occupational health and safety training specific to the construction sector, and a minimum of five years’ experience are required. Native-level Spanish proficiency, a valid Class B driver’s license, and residency in Madrid are also required. Familiarity with Excel, Word, AutoCAD, email, blueprint interpretation, execution control, team organization, and regulations governing complex installations is desirable. The selected candidate must be able to perform their duties without endangering their life on site.
