Your mission will be the comprehensive management of building infrastructure. We do not seek an operator who only applies temporary fixes, but rather a technician with diagnostic capability—someone who understands how electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems interact within a large residential complex.** **Your Functions and Responsibilities:** * **Preventive Technical Maintenance:** Execution of maintenance schedules for electrical panels, pressure booster sets, HVAC systems, and fire protection systems (FPS). * **Diagnosis and Repair (Corrective):** Identification of complex faults in common and private installations serving residents, delivering definitive solutions. * **Infrastructure Management:** Monitoring of energy consumption, inspection of machinery rooms, and supervision of LED lighting and basic home automation systems. * **Building Maintenance:** Technical repairs in plumbing, low-voltage electricity, and high-quality finishes consistent with ALMA Corp.'s standards. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensuring all installations comply with current safety and health standards. **What Are We Looking For in You?** * **Solid Education:** Vocational Training (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Installation Maintenance, Electricity, or Mechatronics. * **Multidisciplinary Knowledge:** Demonstrable, hands-on experience in Electricity (LV), Plumbing, HVAC, and Building Management Systems. * **Industry Experience:** Prior track record in high-turnover, high-demand environments such as hotels, student residences, hospitals, or Grade-A office buildings. * **Analytical Ability:** Problem-solving profile with capacity to interpret single-line diagrams and technical blueprints. * **Proactive Attitude:** Someone who anticipates failures and proposes improvements for building efficiency. **What Does ALMA Corp.
