Ensure compliance with project deadlines, budget, and quality A Site Manager is required in Móstoles to manage and supervise residential construction projects, primarily detached houses and single-family homes. Duties include technical planning of construction work, coordination of trades, supply management, and scheduling construction phases to meet deadlines. Daily execution is also monitored, including verification of aluminum system installations and other components, while ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. This position requires availability to travel to various construction sites within the Community of Madrid, with particular focus on the Móstoles area. Demonstrable experience in managing residential construction projects, ability to lead teams, resolve technical issues on-site, and maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and suppliers is required. The ultimate objective is to deliver high-quality projects within the agreed budget and timeframe. Prior experience as a Site Manager, primarily in residential construction. Availability to travel to various project sites, mainly within the Community of Madrid and surrounding areas.
