We seek to hire a **Technical Lead – Electrical Wiring & Harness Design**, who will lead end\-to\-end projects within the Defense and Security sector. What will you do? * Act as the **technical owner of wiring projects**, responsible for requirements, timelines, quality, and functionality. * Lead the design of **electrical schematics and harnesses**, ensuring correct integration into the system. * Select materials and ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. * Coordinate design activities with **engineering, mechanical, and manufacturing teams**. * Participate in first-prototype validation and support functional testing. * Ensure design-for-manufacturing, integration, and maintenance. * Serve as the **technical reference point** within the project and for stakeholders. What are we looking for in you? ✅ Education: Industrial, Electrical, Telecommunications Engineering or related field. ✅ Minimum Experience: \+5 years in electrical wiring and harness design. ✅ Technical Knowledge: * Design of wiring diagrams and electrical harnesses. * Tools such as **Capital Logic and Capital Harness Designer (NX)**. * **PLM** environments. * **IPC/WHMA\-A\-620** standards. ✅ Valuable Functional Knowledge: * RF cabling. * Integration of complex electronic systems. * Industrial, aerospace, or defense environments. ✅ Key Competencies: * High autonomy and technical judgment. * Technical leadership and decision-making ability. * Results orientation. * Practical mindset: design focused on manufacturing and validation. * Cross-functional collaboration skills. ✅ Languages: * Advanced English.
