Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Technician for a large-scale Data Center construction project with high technical standards, to implement and monitor the Quality Plan, controlling materials and construction procedures. A stable work environment with long-term projects. **Are you passionate about quality in high-technical-complexity projects?** **Join Aldesa and grow with us!** Location: Madrid (Vicálvaro) Position: Quality Technician – Data Center At Aldesa, we are looking for a **Quality Technician** to join a large-budget Data Center construction project featuring high technical and execution standards. The project includes: Deep foundation Prefabricated concrete and steel structure Technical façades High-specification interior finishes Critical installations Execution under BIM, LEED, and international certification standards **Responsibilities**: * Implementation and on-site monitoring of the Quality Plan. * Control of materials, testing, and construction procedures. * Supervision of compliance with technical specifications. * Management of non-conformities and corrective actions. * Coordination with production, technical office, and subcontractors. * Document control and traceability. **Requirements**: * Education: Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Building Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2\-3 years in quality control for singular building, industrial, or data center projects. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard. * Experience in concrete, steel structures, and prefabricated elements control. * BIM environment experience is desirable. * LEED certification experience is desirable. * Intermediate\-advanced level of technical English. **What We Offer**: * Stability: Employment contract within a solid work environment and long-term projects. * Continuous training: Tailored training programs aligned with your role and professional development. * Flexible compensation: Includes transportation, meal allowance, medical insurance, childcare, and training. **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you will not only find a job but also a place where you can grow.
