Professional growth within a solid company. **Join Aldesa’s strategic procurement for major infrastructure projects!** Location: Madrid Position: Procurement Engineer – Civil Works At Aldesa, we continue growing and are looking to hire a **Procurement Engineer specialized in civil works and infrastructure projects**, with experience in complex construction environments and the ability to manage strategic procurement processes for national and international projects. The selected candidate will play a key role within the procurement department, participating in the contracting of materials and equipment for civil works projects (roads, rail, and major infrastructure), ensuring the technical and economic optimization of each operation. We seek a technically skilled professional with strategic vision, negotiation capability, and proven experience in civil works projects, accustomed to interacting with production teams, engineering departments, technical offices, and legal teams. **Your Responsibilities**: **Strategic Procurement Management** * Development, monitoring, and updating of procurement plans for civil works projects. * Identification of strategic purchases and definition of procurement strategies. * Monitoring of raw material trends and indices to anticipate cost impacts. **Supplier Contracting and Management** * Technical review of project documentation, identifying inconsistencies and improvement opportunities. * Proposal of technical alternatives and optimization of construction solutions, coordinating regulatory validation and presentation to Site Management. * Sourcing, evaluation, and qualification of suppliers and subcontractors specialized in civil works. * Preparation of RFQs, solicitation and technical\-economic analysis of quotations. * Preparation of technical and commercial comparisons. * Negotiation of prices, scopes, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts. * Review and negotiation of contractual clauses together with the Legal Department. * Associated document management: quality certificates, bank guarantees, warranties, and technical data sheets. * Supply tracking and monitoring of contractual deadline compliance. * Management of incidents and claims with suppliers and subcontractors. * Participation in site visits and coordination with execution teams when required. **Cross-functional Collaboration** * Collaboration with the Engineering Department during tender processes, offer analysis, and main equipment contracting. * Technical and contractual support in reviewing client contracts and supplier agreements. * Continuous coordination with Production, Technical Office, and Legal Departments to ensure proper project execution. **Requirements**: * Education: Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent. * Experience: Minimum 7–8 years’ experience in procurement departments within the construction and infrastructure sector.
