Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager Retail Construction to lead the development and execution of new fitness centers, managing projects from planning through to final handover. Coordination of technical teams and budgetary oversight We require a Project Manager Retail Construction to lead the technical development and execution of new fitness centers in Madrid. The mission is to manage construction projects from initial planning to final handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control. Key responsibilities include preparing technical documentation, coordinating architects and engineers, supervising budgets, controlling certifications, and conducting site visits. Candidates must hold a degree in Technical Architecture or a related field, have prior experience managing retail or fitness construction projects, be proficient in AutoCAD, and be available for occasional travel. We offer an indefinite-term contract with a three-month probationary period, hybrid work mode, and a flexible Monday–Friday schedule with shortened hours on Fridays.
