Perform qualified, autonomous, and responsible food and beverage service and sales, where applicable, as well as other tasks assigned by supervisors. Prepare assigned work areas for service. Inform supervisors about stock levels and essential purchases required for proper department functioning. Assist in setting up and dismantling the dining area. Issue invoices and collect payments from customers according to established procedures in the manuals. Carry out assigned tasks promptly, diligently, and safely. Ensure maximum customer satisfaction during their stay. Be familiar with hotel facilities and the destination. Report incidents and updates to management.
