ALDA, a Galician-origin hotel chain currently operating over 90 hotels across northern Spain, is looking for a sociable and responsible restaurant waiter/waitress to work at ALDA Sada Marina and ALDA Cabanas Playa \- , two of our hotels located in Sada and Cabanas. Key responsibilities include: * **Supplier coordination:** Receiving suppliers and daily required goods, as well as communicating with the supervisor regarding all items needing replenishment. * **Dining room organization:** Arranging tables and chairs within the restaurant space, setting tables, and placing cutlery, glassware, and décor—i.e., everything required for restaurant operations. * **Reservation management:** Taking and recording customer reservations. * **Providing information** about beverages, food items, presenting the menu, and offering off-menu suggestions. * **Stock replenishment:** Restocking mise en place to ensure full readiness for the following day. * **Cleaning:** Maintaining cleanliness during service and upon its conclusion. * Processing **payments** Requirements: * Immediate availability to start * Residence in Sada/Cabanas or surrounding areas * 1 year of relevant experience * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle Offered: * Salary according to collective agreement * Opportunity for career development within the company * Fixed-term intermittent contract Job Type: Part-time, Temporary Expected Hours: 30 hours per week Relocation/Moving Possibility: * 15165 Carrio (Bergondo), A Coruña province: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Mandatory) Application Questions: * Are you interested in a fixed-term intermittent contract? * Do you have immediate availability to start?
