




Job Summary: Procurement technician responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating the supply of materials, optimizing processes and controlling inventory. Key Points: 1. Manage planning and material supply for operations. 2. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure resource availability. 3. Identify opportunities for improvement in procurement processes. ### **Responsibilities:** * Contribute to planning and management of material or resource supply required for organizational operations. * Place orders or requests with suppliers and monitor their fulfillment, ensuring deliveries occur within scheduled timeframes. * Maintain up-to-date information on inventories, future requirements, and material movements. * Coordinate with various internal departments to guarantee resource availability when needed. * Participate in organizing receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. * Identify opportunities for improvement in procurement and resource management processes. * Support inventory tracking and preparation of basic reports to aid decision-making. * Help prevent overstocks, shortages, or obsolescence through efficient control of material flow and turnover. ### **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a procurement technician. * Proficiency in Excel. * Prior SAP experience is desirable. * Education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Logistics or university degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent.
