Core responsibilities include analytical and administrative support, directly contributing to our operational efficiency and the quality of the reports we deliver. You will be responsible for recording and tracking team productivity, ensuring all documentation remains up-to-date and easily accessible. A key part of your duties will involve billing management—responding to inquiries and resolving issues from both internal and external customers—and addressing any contingencies that arise to ensure seamless service delivery. Additionally, you will provide direct support to personnel coordination, helping optimize resource allocation and communication. You will work with databases, perform basic budgetary calculations, and extract relevant information. You will prepare detailed monthly reports featuring key performance indicators, delivering clear insights into performance and supporting strategic decision-making. Your contribution will be essential to continuously improving our administrative processes. Temporary contract. A Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Administration or equivalent qualification is considered a strong asset. At least one year of prior experience in data analysis, billing management, or personnel administration is mandatory. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel—including advanced functions for data analysis and manipulation—is required. Knowledge of cost control and experience with client-specific IT platforms is advantageous.
