In Spain, we are a team of over 6\.000 professionals distributed across 15 offices. **Description:** Within the CBS (Core Business Services or Central Services) department, specifically in the Personnel Administration area, we are growing and seeking an agent of change to support the Personnel Administration team, with interest in professional development within the Human Resources field. The selected candidate will collaborate on key administrative tasks of the department, actively participating in managing the employee lifecycle and supporting internal processes. **Responsibilities:*** Support in the administrative management of onboarding, offboarding, and contractual modifications. * Collaboration in preparing and controlling employment documentation. Updating and maintaining personnel databases. * Support in payroll processes, time tracking, and absenteeism management. * Support in archiving, reporting, and general administrative management of the area. * Collaboration with other HR teams as needed. **Requirements:*** **Education:** Final-year student or recent graduate pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or related fields.
