Communicating with clients and liaising with external tax advisors An established clinic located in Esplugues de Llobregat is seeking to hire a Billing Administrative Assistant. **Responsibilities:** · Performing administrative tasks and providing support to the administration department · Conducting digital registration, archiving, document organization, and internal file management. · Client invoicing, payment control, and budget management. · Issuing and sending invoices electronically, including detailed breakdowns. · Resolving incidents related to amounts and services with clients. · Monitoring supplier-related incidents. · Managing and tracking collections. · Communicating with clients to resolve administrative incidents. · Liaising with external tax advisors; submitting and verifying accounting and tax documentation. · Supporting Management. · Proposing administrative, financial, and operational improvements. **Requirements** · Vocational training (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Administration. · Experience in billing. · Excel proficiency is desirable. · Organized, meticulous, and proactive individual. **Offered:** · Indefinite contract for 25 hours per week. · Working hours: 9–14h Employment type: Full-time Salary: €18,000.00–€19,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
