




Job Summary: We are seeking a DevOps Engineer specializing in OpenShift with on-premise experience for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and evolution of container platforms. Currently, we are looking for an OpenShift specialist with on\-premise experience, responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, operation, and evolution of container platforms in corporate infrastructures. The selected candidate will participate in technology modernization, automation, and cloud\-native architecture adoption projects, ensuring platform availability, security, and performance. What Are We Looking For In You? At least three years of prior experience in advanced Red Hat OpenShift administration and in-depth Kubernetes knowledge. Hands-on experience with container technologies such as Docker or Podman is mandatory. Linux system administration, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). Networking experience—including DNS, load balancers, ingress, and TLS certificates—is highly desirable. Persistent storage management using NFS, Ceph, and Kubernetes. Integration with LDAP and Active Directory. Monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, and EFK/ELK Stack. Container platform security and hardening. DevOps tooling experience—such as Jenkins, Tekton, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps—is valued, along with GitOps experience using ArgoCD. Automation using Ansible or Terraform, and relevant certifications in Red Hat, OpenShift, or Kubernetes. **Your Responsibilities:** Installation, configuration, and advanced administration of Red Hat OpenShift platforms in on\-premise environments. Management and operation of Kubernetes clusters and container platforms. Administration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems. Configuration of networking, load balancers, ingress, and TLS certificates. Management of persistent storage using NFS, Ceph, and Kubernetes. Integration with LDAP and Active Directory. Implementation of platform monitoring, logging, and security. Automation of CI/CD deployments and adoption of DevOps and GitOps practices using tools such as Jenkins, Tekton, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and ArgoCD.
