Responsibilities: * Develop and execute the daily/weekly work plan, adjusting resources according to the schedule. * Identify and contact potential suppliers to request quotations and subsequently conduct procurement comparisons. * Lead on-site teams, ensuring proper execution of their duties. * Supervise and carry out site measurements. * Prepare progress reports, cost control reports, and milestone compliance reports for the Site Manager. * Communicate with the Site Management team, coordinating with your immediate supervisor. * Ensure compliance with existing regulations regarding Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental Protection. * Know and comply with the Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management System, as well as with related functions and responsibilities concerning prevention and environmental protection. Minimum Requirements: * Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Master’s in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent. * Prior experience in a similar role is desirable. * Valid driver’s license.
